Decision Call with Karen.Â
A focused 60-minute Zoom call to help you sort through what’s been hard and decide whether coaching is the right next step.Â
If you’ve been thinking about coaching but aren’t sure yet, this call is where to start.
We’ll speak confidentially about what your goals are, and what has been challenging at work, at home, or both.
We'll talk about how coaching would help move you forwards and what you can expect.Â
We’ll identify one concrete next step you can use right away.
By the end of the call, you’ll have a clearer sense of whether working together makes sense and what it entails.Â
Before you book:
If you haven’t watched my masterclass yet, please start there. It will give us shared language and make the conversation more productive.
And please plan to have the full hour available. We usually use it.
I look forward to meeting you!Â
